Prayer:
Eternal God,
Teach me to listen, beyond the words, to the heart’s message.
Instruct me in your wisdom.
May all I learn lead to freedom and peace.
Protect me from prejudice and preconceived notions that prevent me from seeing Your image in every man, woman, and child I encounter.
Expand the parameters of my soul to love more like Jesus.
In the days you have given me to walk on planet earth, guide me into paths that will leave a lasting and lovely legacy.
